Engaging Customers to Help a Major Bank In Creating New & Better Services

LCL is a major French financial services company, and the only bank with an exclusively national network dedicated to retail banking.

To celebrate their 10th anniversary, LCL set out to develop a digital platform to engage the community in online conversation and ideation, with the goal of collaborating with customers to develop relevant offers, future services, and to grow customer relationships.

LCL aimed to recruit one thousand customers for brand studies in order to collect feedback on new products, enhance existing products, and encourage customers to submit their ideas.

The Social Client created this platform, which facilitates online exchanges on which customers can give their opinions through workshops, online studies, and new idea submissions. This platform also includes a suggestion box created for the LCL team who can review data from each study and analyses based on that data.

Launched in November 12, 2015, the platform recruited over 1,200 registered participants in a single week!
